Manufacturing & Contract Policy

Production Period & Approved Specifications:

• The production period is 60 working days, starting from the date of full down payment receipt and final approval of the specification file.
• The client may request feasible modifications during the production period or upon delivery. Any such modifications shall be subject to additional costs including modification, transportation, and installation fees (if applicable), and may result in an adjusted delivery date.
• The company is committed to executing only the specifications agreed upon and signed in the official specification file. Any verbal agreements or requests not included in the signed specification file shall not be binding on the company.

Payment Terms:

• First Payment: 50% down payment upon contract signing.
• Second Payment: 25% due two Weeks after signing the contract.
• Final Payment: 25% payable no later than 48 hours prior to delivery.

Material Selection:

• The client may select fabric or leather provided that the price does not exceed EGP 500 per meter. Marble selections are subject to available samples.
• If the client selects materials not available through the company, an approved physical sample must be provided. The company is not responsible for accessories or materials supplied by third parties.
• In case a selected material becomes unavailable from the supplier, alternatives will be offered. If rejected, the client shall bear the cost of operational and preparation expenses.

Delivery & Storage:

• Delivery Fees: Cairo & Giza: EGP 750 (Free for orders exceeding EGP 20,000), Delta & Alexandria: EGP 2,000, Upper Egypt, Canal Cities & Sinai: EGP 4,000.
• The client is responsible for providing a lifting crane for upper floors or covering its cost.
• Delivery dates are scheduled according to the company’s approved routing plan based on the client’s area. The client must receive the order on the scheduled route date.
• Products may be stored free of charge for 15 days from the notification date of readiness. After that, a storage fee of EGP 75 per piece per day, or according to product volume, will apply.
• If delivery to the agreed location is difficult or impossible, delivery shall be considered completed once the products are supplied on the agreed date. The client will bear responsibility for storage, installation, or any additional related costs.

Warranty:

• A 5-year warranty covers wood structure and upholstery against manufacturing defects.
• The warranty does not cover marble, glass, fabrics, leather, or damage resulting from misuse.

Delivery Confirmation:

• Signing the delivery receipt, handover report, or photographic documentation at the site constitutes acknowledgment of product acceptance in good condition.
• Custom-made products manufactured upon request are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
