When will I receive my order?

After you have successfully placed your order,

Orders' delivery ranges between 6 to 8 weeks depending on the product type and category. 

What are the shipping costs?

Delivery within Cairo and Giza is charged at EGP 750 for orders below EGP 20,000, with complimentary delivery on orders of EGP 20,000 and above.

For deliveries to the Delta governorates and Alexandria, a flat fee of EGP 2,000.

Orders shipped to Upper Egypt, Canal Cities, and Sinai are delivered at a flat rate of EGP 4,000.
